The clear arrangement of operating elements and quick recipe adjustment in the WACON Sprint 2 XE control unit allow easy handling during daily work.
Time savings during color changes
All powder and air hoses can be detached with one hand using the coupling of the new Quick-Link injector. The integrated scraper ring in the swivel arm wipes the powder off the out- side of the lance, which also speeds up the cleaning and color change process. As the injector and suction lance are firmly screwed together, fewer interfaces need to be cleaned manually.
Flexible applications
The manual unit is available in two versions – for powder feeding directly from the original box or alternatively from a 60-liter hopper. Conversions between the two variants are possible.
Robust design
Thanks to the pre-assembled components, the manual unit requires minimal assembly. Equipped with swivel castors, the sturdy equipment trolley with electric vibrating table simplifies manual coating and ensures space-saving, safe working in any environment.
High precision
The WAGNER Air Flow Control (AFC) technology ensures exact powder control. A high- precision, closed control loop permanently measures and regulates the air volume during the coating process and produces a uniform powder cloud for high-quality coating results.
Repeatable results in excellent quality
Four recipes can be accessed directly via quick selection. A further 46 recipes can be called up by using the rotary knob. The DSO assistance function (Digital Surface Optimizer) can reduce overcharge effects. This advantage is particularly relevant for decorative coatings on complex workpiece geometries or for challenging powder coating jobs. The DSO function supports a more homogeneous finish.
Easy operation
The control unit shows the status of all important parameters at a glance. All adjustments are made via a central rotary knob. The control unit can be adapted to a wide range of requirements thanks to a variety of setting options.
Unique application efficiency
The integrated high-power cascade keeps the high voltage stable even at 100 kV, enabling high coating performance. There are three characteristic curves to choose from, which enable optimum electrostatic powder charging even with different powder properties. The integrated cascade cooling ensures a long service life and durable performance. The replaceable protective wedge in the electrode holder reduces costs for wearing parts.
High usability
The powder quantity can be easily adjusted using the integrated buttons on the gun. By double-clicking the trigger, the user can quickly switch to a special recipe. Individual parameters can also be assigned to the factory-preset recipes.
